I had mistakenly thought I was due for a transmission fluid service and scheduled that last week. Chuck's excellent mechanics performed a routine check and reminded me that I...
was not due for that service for a few thousand miles. Appreciated their attention to detail and keeping me (not always the most organized person) up to date on what my car needs to keep going for the long haul. They've always taken care of us!

My car broke down in the middle of the night and I had to get it towed to an auto repair store. I wasn't sure where to drop it off and I'm so lucky I chose Chuck's. Even with...
the surprise dropoff, they prioritized fixing my van right away. Before I even got out of bed, they had prepared an agreement for inspection/repair, and before noon it was inspected with a comprehensive list of issues that should be addressed. Over the phone, they were helpful in deciding which were the most pressing concerns and we moved forward that afternoon. It was fixed the next day. I had my car back in less tham 48 hours from beginning to end. Competent, efficient, friendly, helpful. Best auto service I've ever had.

I have never had an auto mechanic experience quite like this one. Exceptional people working for this shop that treat their customers with unequivocal respect and care. Even...
went as far as to stop me when requesting them do a service that they could tell wasn’t necessary, just to save me the time and money. I will not go anywhere else so long as I am in the greater Seattle area. (Also went above and beyond to take care of my sisters car when she went in by herself. Not everyday you find a shop willing to treat a young female the same as an older male when it comes to cars… The highest praise to those working there.) Thank you
